City of Springville Public Works Department Water handles many operations throughout the city, such as water and sewer, animal control, garbage or debris pick up and street maintenance.

You may pay your water bill and garbage bill at the Public Works Department located at 151 Industrial Drive, during normal business hours. Afterhours payments can be dropped in our drop box or paid online through our Bill Payment Portal.
